MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT â?? PEOPLE & ORGANISATION REQUIRED IN DURBAN

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Human Resource Qualification
• 4 years’ consulting experience
• Valid Driver’s license and own transport
• Understanding of HR and HR consulting
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage consulting teams

Responsibilities:

• Build People and Organisation solutions to add value to the company’s clients
• Market, sell and close People and Organisation opportunities in the market
• Build a network of clients
• Build meaningful relationship with key clients
• Work closely with the team to deliver company’s projects
• Coaching teams throughout multiple assignments, providing technical and risk management

You will need to reside in DURBAN or surrounding area.
