4* Lodge Musina - Northern Limpopo.

Located on a private Game Reserve.

Hotel management diploma or similar.

4-5 years Lodge management experience required.

Manager responsibilities :

Managing the management team running the lodge

Marketing the lodge (strong sales, internet and social media background)

Administration and contracts, rate setting

PR

Management accounts and Budgets

Hosting guests

Supporting role to the Guide and Maintenance Foreman when the respective managers are not available.

Assistant Lodge Manager responsibilities :

Hosting

Support to administration and lodge operations manager when the respective manager is not available

assisting with marketing.

Operating a small B & B (4 beds in 2 rooms).

This Assistant Manager will be responsible for the staff running the B & B, which is located at the Manager's house.

Salary negotiable including accommodation with comapny benefits.
