My client is seeking a husband and wife team to manage the Lodge and staff.Requirements:For Him:· Preferable with Game Ranging experience and a minimum of FGASA level I experience.· He would be responsible for the reserve.· Lodge maintenance, road, animals· Alien weed invasion.· Hiring and training of new staff and mentoring them.· Strong leadership skills.· Loves the idea of ownership and taking the lead.For Her:· Administration focussed and the use of Semper as a computer program is used.· Good communication skills both verbally and written.· Front and back of house leadership.· Training and development of staff members.· Strong leadership skills.· Loves the idea of ownership and taking the lead.In General:· Control and lead 16 staff members in total.· Some information about HR relations.· Be strong enough to manage all aspects of the business.· Send in monthly reports to owners.· Must be financial savvy.· Fully computer literate.Benefits:· Accommodation is included - a managers house is close to the lodge with 2 bedrooms.All meals are included.The Lodge works on 5 days off a month.
