Kendrick Recruitment are now looking for a strong Management Couple for a luxury 4* Lodge based in Hluhluwe. This lodge can accommodate 44 guest at a time and we are looking for a couple who will be able to manage this beautiful lodge which includes a boma evenings, onsite spa and curio shop. This lodge has breath taking scenery over the Imfolozi Game Reserve, and is extremely popular with international guests. We are looking for a mature couple for this lodge who has previous Lodge Management experience preferably as a couple, we are looking for a couple who don’t get phased easily and have the confidence to take initiative and make decisions when they need to be made. This a new lodge so we are needing some passionate candidates who are capable of ironing out any issues there may be. We would like him to have some maintenance background knowledge for this role and her to have excellent people skills as she will be required to assist with training, this couple would need to have excellent team management and people skills in order to train and develop this team in the right manner and ensure you get the most out of the staff.
