Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years invoicing and administration experience in a department
- Good eye for detail, excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Candidate must have Grade 12, and a financial tertiary qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills.
- Must be computer literate
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of NCR, FICA and POPI will be an advantage.

Responsible to oversee the following functions of the Debtor's department:
- All delivery notes are accurately invoiced on time.
- Invoices with supporting documents as required by the client is received by the client timeously.
- Controlling and checking of un-invoiced, unlinked delivery notes along with follow up of all unused and un-invoiced delivery notes.
- Managing, supervising and motivation of invoicing personnel.
- Reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Management.
- Weekly balancing and full month end function, inclusive of follow up and reporting of outstanding delivery notes.
- Ensure that all queries are dealt with daily and leads to customer satisfaction.
