Manage the administrative function in the Disease Risk Management business unit; Manage, coordinate and facilitate the PO Integrated statistics for Healthcare Management division; Chair and coordinate monthly SPN meetings; Perform Service Level Agreement quarterly site visits; Support in the management and monitoring SPN's to Implement and give results within set targets; Assist in management and monitoring clinical cost targets; Support in management of divisional budget in line with budget allocation; Assist in improving member value; Critical review and analysis of performance of all disease management reports and provide objective commentary on the quality of Disease Management Programmes; Monitor project/programme in conjunction with internal Project Management unit of the Scheme; Ensure that all relevant projects are carried out and finalised; Liaise with SPNs on operational matters; Represent the Healthcare Management Division at SPN and Stakeholder Engagements

Minimum 4-year Diploma / Degree at NQF level 7 in Clinical Sciences or related fields; At least 5 years work experience in the healthcare funding / medical scheme industry with at least 2 years at manager / supervisor level; Be organised and have good time management skills
