1. Introduction
Our Client is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to maintain and develop the mill functions of management accounting, financial accounting, budgeting and management controls in order to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

2. Job Specification
• Review profit forecast, financial schedules as well as general ledger reconciliations
• Management of the profit improvement programme and reports on progress on a monthly basis
• Review budgets and make necessary changes until it meets the approval of the guidelines set by management
• Monitors financial and management control systems
• Complete management audits in various areas in order to ensure internal control compliance
• Oversee inbound and outbound Logistics Function.
• Assist Project managers in financial justifications of capital projects
• Authorize nonconformance advice report for processing of credit or debit notes to customers and the approval there of
• Participates in the quarterly risk review meeting Implement ongoing on the job training for staff to ensure that group and accounting standards are met
• Authorize processing of sundry invoices
