KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:• Management of vehicle hand-over process• Vehicle Management • Ensure TSAF Lease vehicle quality handover standards are applied• Ensure completeness of yard counts • Manage turn-around time on non-live vehicles• Allocation of returned vehicles• Manage Operations Team, including performance reviews • Maintain TSA FLEET system configurationQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:• Relevant NQF 6 (Minimum 360 credits) – Finance/Logistics degree or diploma• Inventory reporting experience essential• Fleet management experience essential• Project management experience essential• Logistics experience would be an advantage• Must be computer literate (Excel, Word and SAP essential) COMPETENCIES:• Planning and organising • Attention to detail• Interpersonal and good communication skills • Customer Service• Analytical Skills • Information monitoring • Problem Solving • Follow up• Ability to work under pressure
