Description
To lead a team of tracking administrators, by providing guidance, monitoring and value-add service to the different divisions. Ensuring correct information is presented to management, 100% up-time of Tracking units and fuel is managed as per company policy as well as reporting thereof.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric.
Certification in Transport management and or Risk Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in managing a diverse team.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a transport enviroment.
In-depth knowledge of the operating and legislation requirements of the transport and logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills in English/Afrikaans (speaking, reading and writing).
Excellent Microsoft office program skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Working knowledge of Ctrack tracking system and the administration thereof.
In depth knowledge of fuel consumption calculations and reporting thereof.
Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays as needed from time to time.

Key Accountabilities:
Assist with the preparation and scheduling of training interventions with the team reporting to you.
Ensuring all reports required by Operations and other divisions within the company is done correctly and timeously.
Ensure that 100% up-time on tracking units are achieved and maintained during the month.
Ensure all tracking units are repaired/ replaced timeously as per agreement with suppliers.
Ensure that all alarms generated by the tracking units are attended to timeously and corrective action taken.
Ensure all fuel orders done by team are correct and done timeously.
All risks related to vehicle security and fuel theft are reduced/ eliminated.
Implementing and managing Policies and Procedures within the Tracking division relating to Fuel and Tracking units.
Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with internal divisions and suppliers and implement best practices within the tracking department.
Assist in Accidents/incidents investigations and reporting thereof.
Identify risky drivers and reporting thereof.
Daily, Weekly and monthly management reports to be submitted
