Our Client, a prestigious Game Lodge, based in Botswana, requires the services of Guest Relations Manager, who will ensure that their guests will have the most authentic and memorable experience of South African hospitality.

Minimum Requirements

Head and shoulders photograph together with updated CV
Grade 12 Certificate/Hotel Diploma
South African Identity Document and passport
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Stable career with contactable landline references
3 – 5 years’ work experience in 4/5* establishments
Excellent social and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to plan with attention to detail
Sensitive to cultural issues as well as anticipating guests needs
Well-spoken and well groomed
Police Clearance certificate

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that guests’ expectations and requirements are anticipated met and exceeded form arrival to departure.
Hosting in the restaurants/bars and entertainment areas
Organise game drives and bush functions
