QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Relevant NQF 6 (360 credits) – Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Social Science.
• Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, especially in Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, Employment Equity, Succession, Retention and Career Planning, Performance Management, Change Management and Manpower Planning
• Must have a good understanding of Labour Legislation
• Knowledge of Toyota Policies and Procedures would be an advantage
• Must be computer literate – MS Office, SAP preferable
