Establishe a clear understanding of priorities and direction of each of business unit in order to translate these into the training plan
•Continuous stakeholder engagement to manage relationships and establish gaps in order to source a suitable solution which could be designed or developed internally. And/or an outsourced learning programme to address performance gaps and training plan for the year
Manage the design, development, facilitation and continuous evaluation and review of the learning materials and programme impact
Manage the training needs analysis process, implementation and evaluation of the learning solution nationally
Manage and liaised with stakeholders on all Training and Development function, from analysis, design, development, execution and evaluation of learning impact.
Determining the L&D strategic priorities in order to achieve the 2020 company strategic goals.
•Design and development of the skills proficiency competency framework to support the learning and career path for critical and scare skills
•Managing the administration and usage of the learning management system from content accessibility, engagement with the experts via the learning online community, upload of content timeously in order for staff about to access the programmes from all regions
