To manage and direct the design and distribution of learning interventions for the Operations, Business Support Centre and Campus environments.

The key deliverables of the role include:
• Business partnering to recommend and align learning design interventions and identify performance gaps
• Service Delivery:
o Design of blended learning approaches (both formal & informal)
o Implementation of e-learning and other digital learning interventions
• Team management and development
