SANCA Pretoria/Castle Carey clinic is seeking a for a Manager Medical Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with clinical governance strategy of SANCA Pretoria and evidence based
practice.
- Develop and implement a nursing strategic plan aligned to clinic operational objectives
- Monitor progress toward achieving nursing objectives, corrective action where applicable and report accordingly
- Promote and enhance a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care and the co-ordination of core among disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years minimum management experience
- Preferably prior psychiatric and alcohol/drug abuse working experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dispensing license
- Code 8 Driver's license
- Computer literate
