BEng (Industrial Engineering) degree with 6-8 years’ experience with applicable exposure to operations planning, order management, production planning.
Working knowledge / exp MES and automation of systems.
Postgraduate studies in production management or management experience, will be an advantage.
Ability to lead a team and an aptitude for teamwork.
Keen interest in overall business improvement are essential.
Special interest in operations planning of complex manufacturing processes.
Lead and develop a team of knowledge workers.
Sound knowledge of MES systems and technology and system engineering principles.
Achieve the best utilisation of plant capacity, completing orders in time and balancing material flow to achieve maximum throughput.
Liaising with the senior technical, commercial and production management.
Business reports and maintaining data integrity.
Coordinating with the automation and other business system teams.
Innovation and forward thinking is needed to develop business practices that achieve ambitious KPIs, while building on modern technology.
