Job-specific Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience within the distribution environment
• QMS management experience.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver's licence.
• Able to travel when required (nationally).

Tertiary Qualification: Relevant Degree / Diploma, ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor.
Computer Literacy Level: Intermediate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Other Software Packages: Nimbus, iMprove, Visio, Mind Manager, Project Management and SPC XL.

Brief Description of the Job:
Manage and coordinate the Quality & Compliance capability of the company in support of the company’s global and regional quality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage peers to ensure that all agreed upon outputs are delivered (i.e. 5 SCC certification at agreed level).
• National roll-out, implementation and co-ordination of the 6 global initiatives FY14 (DDRC, CAPA, CIP, 5 SCC, AQP and Training) – reports and filters to Quality Lead – Distribution.
• Identify and manage CIP opportunities.
• Implement, monitor and manage CAPA.
• OEC roll-out of new sites, monthly updating and content review / implementation.
• Assist branches in preparing for 5 SCC and internal audits as well as scheduling (16 branches to be implemented this year).
• Execute audit schedule (Branch Operations Audit) and 5 SCC validation audits.
• Collate and publish audit results against divisional targets.
• QMS training and coordination (all levels) including but not limited to 5S, QMS Orientation & global processes.
• Communication, implementation and coordination of any QMS changes (documentation, processes, policies etc.).
• Nimbus / iMprove: Mapping, publishing, administration, approvals, work instructions, value chain and support functions including managing.
• Document data records rontrol numbering and naming convention.
• Risk administrative elements including reporting as follows:

National coordination of the OHS reports and filter to the GM – Risk.
National coordination of the GSS reports and filter to the GM – Risk.
Compile and publish the Manco Dashboard
