Duties:
• Provide quality induction training to the site personnel
• Lead and manage the site quality team
• Provide a support to the other functions for the use of the quality methodologies and tools
• Check all testing equipment’s used at site are listed and calibrated; the records are maintained and accessible
• Ensure site documentation is generated, distributed, updated and archived in accordance with the relevant work instruction
• Ensure, that Site Management File is updated on current basis and available to whole site personnel, incl. Partners

• Non-conformance management:
• Open the NCR’s according to the procedure approved within Steam Plants
• Provide support for the proper resolution of the NCR’s
• Monitor the delivery of the corrections and corrective actions

• Audits:
• Audit the on shore sub-contractors (Support the Supplier qualification & product qualification)
• Audit / asses on-shore sub-contractors and partners adherence to the Inspection and Test Plan and consortium procedures. Check the result of the tests are documented according to the relevant standards
• Do the internal quality audits

• ITPL and Final documentation (SWCF):
• Do the inspections scheduled in the quality control plan
• Ensure proper preparation of inspections defined as customer witness points
• Monitor the on time delivery of the Site Work Conformance File (SWCF) by sub-contractors
• Check the completeness and correctness of the Site Work Conformance File (SW CF)
• Submit the Site Work Conformance File (SWCF) to the Customer

• Site welding control:
• Ensure overall site welding quality and welder performance
• Ensure material traceability is recorded and maintained

• Reporting:
• Prepare the inputs for the quality management review
• Write down the minutes of the quality management for Site manager approval
• Compile the quality KPI’s for the site activities
• Prepare the quality inputs for the weekly meeting / teleconference with the project team

• Return on Experience:
• Compile Field Service Report for Quality functions
• Provide feedback to on supplier / subcontractors site quality performance

Education & Trainings
• Engineering or university degree in quality management, mechanical or electrical Desirable
• Qualification in welding inspection and non-destructive tests
• ISO lead auditor qualification

Professional Experience
• 3 years’ experience in a technical or quality function
• 1 year experience with site quality responsibility
• Experience in Non-Destructive Examination (NDT)
• Experience in welding
• Experience in corrosion protection (painting, galvanizing)
• Experience in civil work
• Experience in mechanical erection
• Experience in electrical systems
