Purpose of the Job:
SUMMARY
Sales & Marketing professional in fitted Kitchen & Interiors or contracting industry with insight in established standards & best industry practices combined with awareness in the latest trends and emerging technology in the field. Dedicated team leader with expertise in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Development, Handling client accounts, negotiations and customer service. A consistent performer achieving sales & marketing targets by adopting innovative sales techniques, who can bring additional professionalism, passion, enthusiasm and out of the box thinking packed with practical selling experience.
Main Functions:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• The ideal candidate drives sales of kitchens & interior or contracting works for the project market.
• Improve top-line growth by maximizing sales and new business opportunities in the region.
• Develop and manage relationships with developers, consultants & contractors by providing solution fit.
• Leading the development of proposal, negotiation, bagging break-through orders and ensuring smooth sales order processing.
• Build Sales funnel & device strategies to gain further market share. Breaking new avenues & driving sales growth.
• He should be managing strong clientele, comprising of corporate entities, retail chains, consultants, contractors, and interior designers.
• Prepare sales forecast & strategies to target a niche market and prepare appropriate plan of action to penetrate into the targeted market.
• Devising preliminary space planning, estimation and preparation of commercial offer & negotiate offer by ensuring safe revenue and targeted profitability.
• Serve as a link between the projects department and the client by handling queries & meetings.
• Key project management in terms of project evaluation, internal job costing, resource tapping and maintaining vendor relationships.
• On site supervision, active participation in site coordination and ensuring timely completion of the project.
• Ensuring collection of payments as per contract by continuous monitoring of project.
• Prepare monthly information reports on sales, analyze them and take necessary actions.
• Ensure timely after sales service to all clients & in turn gain customer loyalty and maximum retention
• Performing the necessary groundwork for pre qualification.
• Analyzing the enquiry and presenting the client with details of project execution including cost, duration and quality, ensuring safe revenue and profitability.
• Providing the necessary project documentation & correspondences to the client and the vendor.
• Following up collections from the clients & ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Maintaining a cordial relationship with the client upon completion of the project.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Total experience: 10-15 years
Relevant domain experience: 10 years
