Job Description
? Recruitment of adequate sales staff.
? Product and sales training of sales staff.
? Setting goals for the country and dividing sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
? Updation of offer price list to all the sales staff and implementation of all schemes introduced by HO.
? Allocating areas to sales representatives.
? Ensuring adequate promotional material availability to the sales staff.
? Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
? Regular updation of Action Plan.
? Working on MSL (Minimum Stock Level)
? Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
? Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
? Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
? Grading of customers & clients.
? Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
? Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
? Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
? Servicing the needs of existing customers.
? Updating HO on Debtors and maintaining debtor cards.
? Providing quality related updates to the HO.
? Reporting to the Concerned Person.
? Provide all the related reports on time asked by head office.
