JOB REQUIREMENTS
Management consulting
- Assist with the development of wellbeing strategies and business plans, including budgets and implementation plans
- Provide information and advice on organisational wellbeing matters
Integrated management reporting
- Provide templates and advice on how to combine information from different wellbeing service providers with medical claims and productivity metrics in meaningful management reports
Integrated service delivery
- Consult on the development of integrated engagement and communication plans
- Facilitate planning and delivery of integrated and convenient access to multiple and appropriate services
- Advice on the creation of a partnership platform to provide integrated services to customers, through shared objectives, standards and protocols
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION)
- A Master’s Degree in health and/or wellbeing preferred
- At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role, with experience in the wellbeing industry preferred

- Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
- Computer literacy – job-related software application proficiency
