Salary: R324 000 – R360 000 CTC p.a.

An International Company in the Wine Industry has an opportunity for a Manager Wine Cellar Administrator at the offices in Paarl. B.Comm degree essential and successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Manager. 5 years’ relevant experience required as well as strong knowledge. Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills needed. SAP experience a must.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
? Compiling of monthly and weekly management reports
? Monitoring and reporting on operational and capital expenses
? Monitoring and reporting on price, production and inventory variances
? Monitoring and reporting on inventory procedures and cycle counts
? Set-up of Bill of materials (BOMS)
? Implementing and monitoring of policies and procedures
? Ensuring timeously closing of production orders
? Implementing new cost saving initiatives
? Preparing and driving of the yearly Budget and Forecast process in the Wine cellar
? Ensure Wine of origin (SAWIS) cards are up to date and reconcile with the inventory on the SAP system
