-Metal and or Engineering Industry Background
-Excellent management skills
- 5 Years plus experience in similar role

The companies main objective is to ensure the company operates profitably and in an ethical manner

Responsibilities:

-Formulating and successfully implementing company policies and procedures
-Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company
-Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the Board
-Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems
-Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees
-Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
-Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes
-Maintaining the operation performance of the company
-Representing the company to major customers and professional associations
-Building and maintaining an effective executive
-Ensure that all staff are effectively employed and adequately trained to perform their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible manner
-To ensure that the products produced and sold to clients are of high quality in accordance with the company's quality policies
-Ensure that the company meet all its legal requirements, including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety
-Overall responsibility for raw material selection and timely purchasing and utilization
-Acquisition, maintenance and efficient utilization of the company's physical assets
