Requirements:
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) or alternatively,
Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or Business Management
10 years' industry experience is compulsory

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing business strategies
Translating business strategy into operational plans
Leading the successful implementation of the business plans objectives
Achieving annual business performance targets
