v. Maintenance and Repairs
b. Benefits Management
i. Processing of Internal Benefits
ii. Managing Benefits Service Providers
iii. Providing Training on Benefits to Staff
c. Company Events
i. Managing the Staff Socials
ii. Planning all staff events
d. Channel Partner management
i. Managing all queries
ii. Promoting new business
iii. Communication & marketing to Channel Partners
iv. Managing Users/Logins
e. Company Secretarial
i. Managing all company registrations and corporate legal compliance
ii. Cipc Registrations
iii. Trademarks, Company Licenses Fees etc.
iv. Annual Statutory Reports
v. Statutory Compliance
f. Human Resources Administration
i. Administering Payroll
ii. Administering Leave
iii. Administering all Employee Deductions
iv. Staff Professional Registrations
v. Managing Staff Contracts
g. Supplier Management
i. Managing all Supplier Contracts
ii. Managing Service Delivery
iii. Supplier Negotiations & Payments
h. Accounting and Bookkeeping for ALL Businesses/Directors Trusts/Entities & Practice Accounts
i. Processing Payments & Refunds
ii. Managing Collections of outstanding Debt
iii. Accounting and Administration
iv. Producing Weekly Management Financial Reports
v. Producing Monthly management Accounts
vi. Managing Tax & Vat
vii. Preparation for Audits & Providing all Support to Auditors
viii. Maintaining Tax & Vat Clearance Certificates + Certificates of Good Standing
ix. Cost control and expenses management
i. Directors Personal Tax & Tax Structuring between personal entities.
j. Collections Management
i. Managing the collections of monies from Corporate Channel Partners.
ii. Managing the collections of monies from Customers
iii. Managing the collections of monies from Suppliers
k. Contact Centre Financial Operations Support:
i. Telephony of Contact Centre 3rd Party Supplier Management
ii. Onsite basic support with 2nd & 3rd in charge from operations including Ops manager
iii. CRM System Security Management
iv. Data Profiling & Security Management
v. Pastel, Netcash & PDA payment systems
vi. Processing of Consumer Payments
