Your key job responsibilities as the Mandarin speaking Sales Ambassador in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:
- Offer the most extraordinary shopping experience in the market, from environment to product to service and far exceed customer’s highest expectations every day
- Build relationships - you will connect with their customers both in business and beyond to celebrate and remember each of their unique special occasions
- You will seek knowledge, and continually educate yourself in all aspects of their business from product to market trends to sales techniques so as to always be the best professionals possible
- Provide quality products, you will constantly know your customer’s needs and always provide a wide array of quality products at the fairest prices
Requirements for this Mandarin speaking Sales Ambassador job in Johannesburg, South Africa:
- Must have completed Grade 12. A Diploma or Degree is advantageous
- A proven and successful Sales Record is important. Retail sales experience is advantageous, however not a prerequisite. Jewellery retail experience is not a prerequisite
- Must be able to work retail hours, including three weekends a month
- Fluent in English both in the spoken and written language. Mastery of a foreign language is advantage and will attract a premium salary
- Computer literacy is essential; Microsoft suite as well as Outlook
- Preference will be given to sales career oriented individuals, over the age of 30
- Maturity and the ability to connect with a high EQ levels. Junior candidates may be considering provided that a minimum maturity level has been reached
- Individuals have to be brand aligned; classic, elegant & sophisticated in both appearance and demeanour
- No criminal record or bad debt
