Your key job responsibilities as the Mandarin speaking System Engineer in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

- Analyse performance issues and perform regular system maintenance
- Ensuring efficiency and running performance of the systems
- Diagnose problems affecting systems and services
- Analyse system logs and identify potential issues
- Perform routine audits of systems and software
- Answering technical queries and assist users
- Document systems configuration and troubleshoot reported problems

Requirements for this Mandarin speaking System Engineer job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in Data Protection Manager (DPM). Implementing, configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the Exchange technical environment
- 3+ years’ experience with IT Infrastructure in medium to large environment
- Strong technical skills across Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Citrix, SAN/NAS, Virtualisation, Network, and Security
- Experience with NetBackup, Brocade Switches and SAN zoning provisioning replication snapshot
- Strong knowledge across data protection, disaster recovery and Industry best-practices
