Matric -Own Transport - certificate or qualification in logistics or buying
Fully computer literate essential having worked on a number of different programmes
Live close to JHB North / or prepared to relocate
min. of 3- 5 years exp. having worked in a manufacturing Engineering background - with experience gained in Stores - Buying + logistics
Purchasing electrical and mechanical equipment exp.
Orders
Budget analysis
Negotiating with suppliers
Monitoring invoices for payments
Assisting accounts - payment queries
Capture stock on business system -job costing queries,
Order -paint Oil & Gas Cylinders
Yearly stock takes /audits.
Monthly printouts- counting sheets -stock balances.
Red tagging
Waste bins, domestic, production, recycle, -QC / dumping legislations.
Ensuring parcels are dispatched for Natal / other branches
Budget analysis
Ensuring invoices are paid within correct time
Vendor accounts
Oversee Tools, Slings, and non-stock consumables
