DETAILS:
Ensures products are manufactured to the required quality and compliance standards.
Manages the implementation of the Quality Management to ensure compliance with global standards
Ensures product is manufactured to the required EHS standards.
Schedules agreed supply plan in conjunction with planners to optimise manufacturing operations to achieve maximum utilization of resources within the Value Stream.
Executes Production activities in accordance with agreed supply plan.
Ensures that KPI’s are achieved.
Ensures plant and equipment are managed and maintained to achieve optimal performance
Ensures that preventative (tactical) maintenance work is carried out in accordance with schedules.
Ensures that validation activities are carried out as required.
Ensures all change overs are done as per the required work standard
Manages costs and variances to support the budget.
Identifies CAPEX requirements to optimise performance.
Ensures continuous improvement to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve quality.
Completes related ad-hoc projects when required.
Regularly completes risk assessments and ensures compliance with GSK Risk Assessment and Management standards.
Carries out other relevant non-specific duties relating to the Value Stream.
