1. Scope:  Requirement is for 1 x civil inspector to conduct quality inspections on the project.

1.1    The contract is for the fabrications, delivery and erection of 140 park homes (units) to accommodate Contractor`s requirements and associated services. Each park home to have:

• 5 Bedrooms;


• 2 Bathrooms with showers and toilets;


• Common lounge and


• Kitchen.

The min size of each park home to be 120m2

1.2    Erection of appr 196m2 (14x14m) open store building;

1.3    Erection of appr 672m2 (48x48m) dining hall with wash and serving areas;

1.4    Supply two mobile ablution blocks for male and females

The works will consist of the following:

• · Site establishment.


• · New sewer lines and connection to existing main.


• · New potable water mains and connection to existing mains


• · Earthworks and plinths for parkhomes

Qualification in civil engineering and quality inspections with +/- 5 years experience

Marapong Contractors Village – at or near the Matimba and/or Medupi Power Stations, Ellisras, Lephalale

8 months after the placement of order with preferred supplier.
