Client of our based in the Century City area is seeking Mid- Senior Market Specialists who have excellent knowledge of Southern Africa. Must speak Chinese, Japanese, Hindi or German.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure business and cost products.

Build up and maintain agent / supplier relationships.

Quote and design creative itineraries and proposals.

Source & sell alternative services.

Successfully run groups / tour series / FIT bookings.

Margin control.

Prepare welcome packs (vouchers/itineraries etc).

Handle the 24hr emergency phone.

Reconcile supplier invoices for processing.

Reconcile tour guide expense sheets and check guide salaries.

Assist in answering complaints.

Key Requirements:

3- 5 years experience in inbound tourism.

Tourplan knowledge would be an advantage.

Sound knowledge of Southern Africa.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Fluency in the relevant language (written & spoken) essential.

Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
