Intermediate/Snr Market Specialists Required

Primary job function:
Secure business and cost products
Build up and maintain agent / supplier relationships
Quote and design creative itineraries and proposals
Source & sell alternative services
Successfully run groups / tour series / FIT bookings
Margin control
Prepare welcome packs (vouchers/itineraries etc)
Handle the 24hr emergency phone
Reconcile supplier invoices for processing
Reconcile tour guide expense sheets and check guide salaries
Assist in answering complaints

Desired experience, skills and knowledge:
3- 5 years’ experience in inbound tourism
Tourplan knowledge would be an advantage
Sound knowledge of Southern Africa
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluency in the relevant language (written & spoken) essential
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
