We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant for a Renowned Company in Port Elizabeth.

Job Purpose:
Working in a call centre, you will required to contact potential clients telephonically to market the company’s products and services and carry out market research.

Requirements
• Must have matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Must have solid understanding of Marketing and Sales Principles (Tertiary qualification will be beneficial)
• Must be PC literate – intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
• Prior experience in sales and marketing is required
• Telesales Experience will be beneficial
• External Sales Experience will be beneficial
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans

Key Responsibilities:
Telesales Calls which will include:
• Gather and document information about the customer
• Completing of Data onto the CRM System
• Assist with managing of Sales Representatives’ diaries
• Ensure that targets are met on a daily basis.
• Assisting sales reps with collecting outstanding documentation.
• Building good internal and external relationships with clients and sales representatives
• Assist with direct sales externally when needed.
• Be available to assist with promotional events when needed.

Salary is negotiable.
