Marketing and Communications Internship

An international sales and marketing organization is expanding and currently has a vacancy for paid internship in the Marketing and Communications Department with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

Key performance areas:

• Monitor market trends and developments
• Meet targets and deadlines
• Assist with copywriter, customer follow-up and events.
• Assist with general administration of department
• Generate content for social media platforms, internal and external communication and websites
• Contribute towards idea generation of projects

Minimum requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Degree or diploma in marketing or communications (preferred)
• Computer literate: Ms Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable and proficient with social media platforms and trends
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated, reliable and good communication skills

This will be a 6 month internship whereby the candidate could then receive a permanent offer based on performance.
