Qualifications:
• Matric Certificate with Maths (Maths Literacy is not sufficient);
• National Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Logistics;
• Full Microsoft office package experience.

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the below areas would be an advantage:
• Minimum of three (3) years sales and operational experience;
• People management skills;
• Good personal skills;
• Flexibility;
• Driver’s license (Code 08) with own vehicle.

Job Purpose:
• Will be required to build and maintain relationships, monitor effectiveness and ensure standards are met within the Company.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Manage all branch operations
• Maintain overall housekeeping standards
• Implement and manage health, safety and environmental requirements
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
• Structure and implement marketing activities to source and secure new business
• Implement and manage waste management opportunities
• Manage overall branch performance including profitability
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance with municipality by-laws
• Negotiation and approval of SLA’s
• Manage all machinery maintenance
• Manage and develop branch personnel
• Assist with all adhoc requirements relating to the business
• Maintaining and enhancing the brand
