These can be bricks, trusses, tiles for roofing and flooring, lighting, cabinetry etc - any thing required in the Bill of Materials to construct a building

Proven experience and track record in:

Bringing an analytical and management approach specifically in respect of coordinating and mapping specification activities (“Specification Project Pipeline” and “Specification Value Chain”).
Using a CRM system to capture and update the status of projects
Lead generation for specification teams - Cold Calling
Preparation of key reports for both marketing and sales functions
High proficiency in Excel (advanced) and Powerpoint (designing and preparing presentations)
Coordination and project management of Social Media programmes
Working with and building strong relationships with key service providers
Event coordination
  Preferable elements:
Knowledge and understanding of Interior Architectural design.
Must be able to operate a the required level  by drawing on previous specification experience in order to contribute to the “ specification conversation & rdquo;; our structure is flat and agile and requires that everyone is fully involved/engaged and has a keen understanding of each other& rsquo;s role and must be competent and experienced to assist as and when required.
Must have a strong process bias and be very comfortable working with data on a daily basis (task oriented).
Must be able to work with both marketing and sales teams and meet respective requirements expected.
Strong commercial awareness.
Strong attention to deal and follow through.
Excellent communication skills; requirement for a highly professional telephone manner specifically when engaging with professionals; will also include face to face contact should the opportunity arise to stand in for the specification team due to work load, the urgency of the situation or non-availability of other members of the specification team.
