Marketing and Sales Manager with experience in the Construction Machinery or Heavy Commercial Machinery industry, required to expand and develop sales channel through Southern Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia and support Dealers on the construction equipment side of the business.

Minimum requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales essential
• 5-8 years operational marketing and sales experience specific to heavy construction / earthmoving equipment essential
• Minimum 3 years management experience required
• Valid passport for international travel required
• Valid driver’s license essential

Responsibilities:
• Sell new and used equipment
• Manage tender, costing, quotation and delivery processes
• Business retention
• Provide technical/professional advice, support, consultation and training to dealers
• Ensure procurement and assembly of equipment and other site specific requirements
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Assist with product development plans
• Strategise marketing solutions aligned with needs and expectations of customers
• Develop action plans according to target markets
