The individual needs to have all of the usual attributes that a trainee manager would have but additionally need to have a level of leadership ability to make the placement more relevant and to give the candidate a great chance of success.

Brief outline:

The Marketing and Sales Trainee Manager will be self-motivating and responsible for generating and retaining customers. The successful candidate will be a well presented individual who is a real go getter and wants to achieve their ultimate within the working environment. We are looking for someone who has the ability to listen, learn and apply as well as a hard work ethic.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To manage the customers experience with the business and to ensure that they are retained.
To work within a learning and development environment to develop their own skills both personally and business wise.
To communicate effectively to customers and colleagues on the appropriate developments and issues concerning the day to day activity and general relationship of all parties.
To work in a competitive environment to ensure that there is full and competitive participation.
To ensure that at all times, the business is represented in a manner that is expected with a role of this nature. The role will require an element of self-management.
