Works and develop Wedding and Speciality Function revenue channels and to exceed annual financial targets

Works with the reservation teams to ensure that all Wedding and Speciality Function bookings are converted to confirmed booking by taking appropriate security deposits

Taking commercial decisions on the the awarding of contract to suppliers

Come with a good network of Wedding planners

Manage the marketing Material budgets, Manages Barter- Deals to secure preferential services for the hotel

Do site inspections and meeting quests, hosting agents when required

Ensure all promotional material for trade shows is available

Organizing gifting for clients

Creating new packages susch as "Stay a little longer"

Work with Reservations and Food and Beverages to ensure that all wedding and Special Event requests for quotations are accurate
