Our client is offering a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant or Junior Marketer with account management duties. The company has increased their product offering to include various forms of digital marketing, including Social Media marketing, and need additional resources to manage this. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager of the company. They are offering an opportunity for this candidate to not only increase their marketing education and experience but also start in a young company that is growing rapidly.

DUTIES

Responsible for responding to client enquiries timeously, effectively and efficiently.
Client issue resolution across all of the company’s products.
Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
Responsible for maintaining the Company’s Corporate Image
Maintain up to date knowledge of all products.
Maintaining the company’s social media accounts
Maintaining the company’s client social media accounts
Assisting with the overall marketing strategy of both the company and their clients
Test products and issues being experienced by clients in order to find solutions or possible causes
Promote and upsell additional product and services to clients through effective after sales service
Proactive attitude and thirst for knowledge in order for the candidate to grow within the business and assume more responsibility within a short period
Client account and campaign management
