Marketing Assistant
A Hearing Company based in the Northern parts of Pretoria, has a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant.

Job requirements:
Matric essential
Marketing Degree/Diploma advantageous
At least 2 -4 years’ experience working in marketing field/department
Fluent in Afrikaans
Must have drivers licence and own transport
Must have computer skills: word, excel, outlook etc

Job duties:
The position would require the individual to communicate with individuals at different levels within the organisation as well as externally.
The role will include coordinating and organising advertising promotions
Arranging promotional events & networking. Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
Continual, excellent communicating with clients
Web stats management
Assisting with the collation & production of marketing materials and literature
Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases
Co-ordinate projects & campaigns with Graphic Designer
Responsible for the co-ordinating of projects, campaigns & meetings with media house
Provides marketing and research information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
Updating the company website and social media platforms with marketing content.
Manage marketing material stock levels
Co-ordinate the E-newsletter
Prepare marketing statistics
Research business opportunities and proposals
Support brand building / development
Ad hoc duties as required
