My client, an international exclusive brand is seeking to employ a Marketing Assistant with a relevant qualification and 1 year experience.

Duties will include:

• Coordinate corporate gifting
• Sending through quotations, product choices and gift suggestions
• Generating sales orders
• Follow-up on order and ensure payment has been received
• Liaise and send waybills
• Arranging marketing material for customers
• Organising stock for events and foto shoots
• Setting up and attending events
• Contacting prize winners and arranging for prizes to be sent
• Monitor and update all promotions, new products, campaigns
• Arranging for new products to be photographed
• Sourcing of quotations for marketing material
• On occasion managing on-line content
• Assist Marketing Manager where needed
