Job description The successful incumbent should have three years' relevant experience in a B2B marketing environment – or similar role. The ideal candidate must be a team player, creative, passionate and able to present and interact with clients and stakeholders with confidence and support the company with integrated, through-the-line marketing activities. Our company is seeking a Marketing assistant with phenomenal skill set that includes, time management, project management, innovative marketing skill set with an eye for attention to detail. Job specification: • Assist the Marketing Manager with all internal and external marketing initiatives and marketing collateral used • Maintaining and managing use of company CI • Conceptualisation and designing of monthly e-newsletters (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) • Conceptualisation and designing of magazine adverts (Photoshop) • Content management for company’s website and clients' websites. • Stakeholder relationship management. • Build and maintain service provider relationships • Assistance with managing and arranging internal and external functions and events • Assist with mobile app development activities for and on behalf of clients and working closely with our service provider. • Managing of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Daily Weekly and monthly reporting such as project status updates, monthly marketing budget planning, new client launches etc. • Strong understanding of digital applications/ platforms (mobile app, web, tablet, digital and social) • Strong project management skills to deliver set expectations by deadline • Marketing assistant should be innovative and have great time efficient processes • Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets • Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits of our services to our clients. • Update presentations • Advantage should the candidate have previous experience in mobile app development Project management • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures • Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership • Manage creative production of marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution Requirements • Design in PhotoShop and Dreamweaver • Ability to present • Copywriting Education and experience: • BA/BCom or related marketing qualification • Minimum two to three years' marketing experience in a similar role • Previous online content management experience an advantage Female candidates preferred.
