Marketing Assistant
Role Summary: Assist Marketing Manager in preparation for and implementation of all Marketing projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in developing marketing plans and campaigns – across various regions and products
Planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, projects and events
Execution of all tasks allocated by Marketing Manager
Monitor and report of media exposure received through various initiatives
Sourcing, briefing of, as well as negotiating with, various marketing suppliers
Manage and provide feedback on expected supplier quality and delivery timelines
Control a job card system to track all marketing projects and related payment of suppliers
Manage optimum stock levels of all marketing collateral
Plan and commission artwork as and when required
Research competitors, trends and products as and when required
Proactively research and identify various marketing opportunities
Serve as a quality check for appropriate representation of the brand
Monitor and ensure the consistent representation of the brand at various offices
Key skills and attributes required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing support role
Ability to multi-task and focus on numerous deliverables at once
Must be able to handle intense pressure
Comfortable managing suppliers and driving deliverables
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Proactivity, resourcefulness and a sense of urgency
Flexibility
Emotional maturity and ability to take ownership and accountability
