Marketing Campaign Analyst

Location: Braamfontein, JHB
Salary: Up to R42k per month

Requirements:
Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Stats, Marketing or similar (data-orientated)
Previous equivalent working experience in the Insurance, Finance or direct marketing sector
Added benefit of experience in lead generation/ call centre environment preferable
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
Proficient in data analysis and integrating data from various systems into usable and presentable reports. Designing and creating report structures and dashboards
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
A highly quantitative individual with strong analytical, technical and statistics know-how.
This role combines a data-driven approach and expertise with an eye for spotting new opportunities to test and experiment. You should also have a nose for compelling reports with data at its core, including data visualisation and attention to detail

Duties:
Create and monitor processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, campaign co-ordination and database management.
You will also conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by the marketing department and other stakeholders.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve both internal and external stakeholders and report to the Head of Attracting (Marketing Director)
Manage lead planning and technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Supplier and advertising partner relationship building and management
Ensure compliance to industry regulations of advertising messages and campaigns and adhere to all information security, privacy, and compliance policies
Collaborate with Head of Attracting and senior leaders to both accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run.
Develop vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow dash boards across marketing. Coordinate input from several systems including, Magnum, SKI and Excel to write queries for audience analysis, identification, and selection for direct marketing campaigns
Understand the marketing database, backend processes, and company goals to provide support around the company’s needs to generate revenue, gain customer insight and/or maintain competitiveness
Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and standard adherence for assigned projects
Develop standards to streamline the campaign development and database query process
Champion contact strategies for our customer segments across multiple channels
Maintain an understanding of new technology and trends and proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to drive incremental revenue, and/or reduced cost through analysing and understanding the data in assigned projects.
