Job description
BB Dynamix Accounting is in search of an entry-level marketing assistant. Your role will involve a heavy amount of email and phone communication, social media interaction.

This is an entry level marketing role within our company but you have huge opportunity ahead of you and the chance to grow within our company. We're not just looking for someone to answer phones and respond to emails -- although, you'll spend a lot of time doing that -- we're looking for someone clever, creative and looking to join a growing team. You'll be responding to client queries, setting up appointments, developing outbound communications for email, web and social media channels and helping implement new and exciting marketing strategies.

The bulk of your day will be spent developing email / outbound marketing communications, responding to client enquiries and reaching out to industry connections to promote the establishment. In addition, you will also have responsibility for some clerical work and other basic duties as seen fit.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with a pleasant, comforting speaking voice (remember, you'll be on the phone a lot!) and professional, courtesy de-meaner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You should be creative, clever and like to know why you're doing something. You should also be someone who can keep calm in the midst of a busy day and manage multiple tasks all at once as this is a fast-paced workplace. You must be able to work independently and think out of the box. You must have excellent computers skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, typing, etc.). An accounting background will be to your advantage, but is not a prerequisite. Business communication is of the utmost importance so this will count in your favour.
