Purpose of the Position

We have a marketing/creative department that is a hive of activity across our various brands and spans in expertise from brand management to graphic design, copy writing, digital marketing, social media and more. This purpose of this role is to ensure the successful completion of all jobs coming into the team.

Key Performance Areas

· Receive, vet, schedule and manage all work coming into our diverse team.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
· Resource management
· Keep management in the loop as to exactly what the progress of the job is at any given time
· Finding solutions to all scheduling and resource problems
· Follow through on every step of a projectand ensure it stays on track
· General administration
· Running of daily SCRUM

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of traffic/project management experience
Experience working in a marketing/advertising/agency environment
