Responsibilities:

Implement communication, training and support plans
Implements and takes joint accountability for the best practice framework for internal communication related to change initiatives
Manage the communication and change management plan for the business
Ensure timeous and relevant execution of communication through the appropriate channels
Obtain valid and relevant information from Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and then convert this information into communication
Understand, monitor, analyse customer experience and identify opportunities for improving customer experience
Managing all marketing efforts by preparing the brand strategy and marketing plan and ensuring adherence and implementation thereof
Develop, manage, analyse and report on the Digital Marketing efforts and Advertising plan to ensure effective implementation and Return on Investment (ROI)

Requirements:

5-7 Years of relevant experience, 3 years of management experience and proven project management experience
Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology from a reputable university (transcripts required)
Project management course / certification advantageous
Understanding training principals
Corporate Communication and writing for different levels
Market related cost to company.
