WHAT’S ON OFFER:

For this apprenticeship, we offer a 12-month training programme with on-the-job experience, designed to bridge the gap between your tertiary studies and industry needs.

Following the successful outcome of the apprenticeship, you will be armed with many of the skills needed to take the next step in your career.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Recent tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
Excellent writing and language ability.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and work ethic.
Excellent time management.
Got a keen eye? In this role, attention to detail is crucial.
The determination to see projects through from start to finish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
Please note that this is an employment equity position.

ADVANTAGEOUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Graphic design experience (basic Adobe Suite skills will be taught during the internship).
Exposure to website content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

YOU’LL BE EXPOSED TO:
Brand Coordination
Project management
Communication with existing and potential suppliers.
Content Strategy & Marketing
Customer Relationship Management
Digital Marketing co-ordination
Research for general marketing and communications campaigns/content.
Assistance with internal communications and initiatives (working with the HR department).
Graphic Design – editing and the possible creation of designed materials, as required.
