Leading Online Media and Marketing Group based in Northern Johannesburg are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to possess strong marketing, analytical and project management skills. They will also need to be technically minded and be familiar with web marketing best practices. An inquiring mind is needed in order to be able to creatively solve challenges and propose new and fresh alternatives to existing processes.
The candidate will need to manage (Briefing, setting up, implementing and comping) the weekly customer user experience interventions ( promotions) and constantly strive to improve our overall customer retention rates.
Maintain, develop and increase retention rates and activity rates through targeted and focused marketing activities in the Italian market.

Other duties include:
o Competitors analysis
o Implement interventions/strategies for retaining & growing the existing customer base
o Execute regular weekly interventions through collaboration and teamwork with other departments across the business (Acquisition, Conversion)
o Track and report on the success of implemented interventions
o Identify players for specific intervention or relationship management
o Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed (regularly updating images and promotional pages on the Brand website)

Education and Skills:
Marketing qualification
Italian language (Spoken and Written essential)
Marketing / E-commerce experience
