Marketing Coordinator

R18000 - R20000 per month

This is a full time, Sandton based position. The role will be primarily marketing related with additional creative/ design functions.

Duties:
• Strategically analyzing design and marketing work and providing constructive criticism
• Solving design related problems
• Proactively initiating design ideas
• General assistance
• Providing support for marketing events (occasions, corporate occasions, Partner's occasions)
• Maintenance of trade exchanges (Compile monthly recon reports)
• Managing complaints and liaising with customers
• Assisting call center over busy occasions
• Supervising and briefing in of creative
• General admin/paperwork
• Compilation and analysis of reports
• Conducting occasional market research, idea generation and trend monitoring
• Collecting data from different departments and compiling an email brief
• Keep track of marketing finances
• Assisting with the overall marketing strategy
• Managing social media across all platforms- service related and non-service related
• Proactively creating interactive posts/tweets
• Monitoring trends on social media and quickly “jumping on the bandwagon”
